More About Our Story
A Journey of Transformation
In 1991, Jeff and Carleen purchased a home in Manassas, Virginia, that required extensive renovations. As they worked on the house, they paid special attention to enhancing the property’s curb appeal. From creating beautiful flower beds to maintaining a lush, green lawn and adding several truckloads of gravel to the neglected driveway, they immersed themselves in the project and gained invaluable experience. Over the next 13 years, they continued to expand their knowledge of landscaping and gardening.
From Employee to Entrepreneur
In 2005, Jeff joined a landscape company, quickly rising to the position of Operations Manager within two years. He tripled sales for the organization and consistently strived to deliver exceptional service. Realizing his desire to provide the quality care the community needed, he and Carleen launched Mulch and Stone Landscape Supply. Today, they operate with a fleet of 8 trucks serving Maryland and Northern Virginia.
