delivery, driver knew how to handle his truck to get the first load where it was needed - have had problems with other folks just dumping by the road in the past. Topsoil was of very good quality. Unfortunately they completely failed to return with the second load and didn’t call to let me know they weren’t going to (they said a problem with their mulch supplier). This caused me to lose the work of an entire team of volunteers who we’re going to spread the playground mulch that weekend. So far They have not made good on the delivery contract. [update, the delivery was made after a few days, changing score]

Not particularly honest business owners. I purchased from them on FB but they deleted the listing before I could review them. I was promised many things then at the last second were all changed, was told they’d help me deliver something 30 minutes then charged me the same rate I was charged to deliver that same item 3 hours… the day before. I made other arrangements for delivery instead, I decided I didn’t want my money going to them after that. Was told it would be cleaned out then they said they wouldn’t when I went to pick up. Was told they’d put it was in working order in my bill of sale, then put “we think it is anyway” in the bill of sale instead. Just tons of dishonest little issues all over the place that makes me wish I bought from someone else. They own this business so it applies here as well. This was my experience with the business owner so I’d avoid. Purchase wasn’t as described and they did not care in the least about that. Edit: The owner reached out to yell at me for this review. I told her it was honest and justified, and to pay me back for the junk removal cost if she wanted to rectify the situation and she just said goodbye lol. Sharing bc I found this even more unprofessional than the original experience. And, after testing everything I bought from her that she said she had confirmed worked the day before I paid…. It turns out none of it worked and she obviously didn’t test it and just lied. All around dishonest and did it with such a smile. Ugh.

Great service and great price! We had to call to reschedule delivery and had a very cheerful and friendly lady help arrange that - pretty rare in todays world you get a human who wants to help. We purchased mulch, compost, and some river rock and everything was great quality and very happy. Our shrubs and trees loved the compost and have really taken off this year.
